We take pride in offering premium leather patch hats in a range of colors, styles, and sizes. Each hat is meticulously crafted with high-quality, stitched-on leather patches or our premium heat-pressed Lonestar Leatherette for durability.

Our customers can personalize their hats with various leather options, allowing them to express their own unique style. Our commitment to exceptional customer service is unwavering, and we fully stand behind our products.

We know that you may want to create a special gift for someone, so there are no minimums with us.

How to Order

There are plenty of options when it comes to creating your custom hats. Here's what to do:

1. Have your black and white artwork ready (no grey) in Adobe Illustrator, PDF or SVG formats. Some jpg or png files will work, depending on their clarity. If you don't have a logo or need help creating something, no problem! We can help you with that.

2. Choose your hat from what's listed below. If you don't see what you want, let us know and we'll do our best to get it for you. Write down your desired styles & colors.
*You may choose any color combination. Color availability subject to change.
*Different styles may vary in price slightly.

3. Choose your leather/leatherette colors and shapes.

4. Send us an email to Sandra@DarkHorseCustom.com and include the following:
~ Your logo in the format described in step 1.
~ List of hat styles, colors, quantities and leather choices.
~ Your contact info including name and phone number.
~ Any special requests or questions.

Once your order has been submitted, we'll contact you with any questions, confirmation of your order and an official quote base on the pricing listed below. We'll send you design mockups before we make your patches. We'll also go over payment and delivery/pickup.

Typical lead time, once design work is complete, is approximately 3 weeks, but is subject to change.
